HEALTHY GUIDE TO SLEEP SOON.

1.- Do exercise
2.- Try a glass of warm milk or a light bite before bedtime
3.- Keep a permanent bedtime.
4.- Get up if you have not slept in 15 minutes and do a relaxing activity.
5.- Getting used to bed when you are sleepy will help you sleep better.
